Jurisprudence (Fiqh)

The word Fiqh which is usually translated as “Islamic jurisprudence, has the root literal meaning of reflection and understanding, intelligence and wisdom. Thus Fiqh also implies “Science of the Law.”

The collection of Fiqh poems by Ibn ASHIR.

Ibn ASHIR of Maghreb-Morroco, is one of the great exponents of Maliki doctrine. This collection of poems encompasses the essentials of Maliki Fiqh and is recited in the gatherings of the Sufi Tariqa Qadiriyya Boutchichiyya.
